If you’re definitely looking for a coach it should be simple, shouldn’t it?

But finding the right coach can be a challenge at the best of times.

AND finding the right coach when you have ADHD and need someone who can work WITH this in a supportive, Neurodivergent friendly way can sometimes feel impossible.

The sheer volume of choice and information can feel totally overwhelming.

And the frustration and overwhelm of reaching out to a coach you think sounds great, only to hear they don’t have availability, or worse, getting no response at all, is removed from what likely already feels like a complicated process.

We’re on a mission to change this, through providing accessible, ethical, transparent ADHD coaching to those who are looking for it.

And we’re about more than providing you with (yet more) tools, tips and tricks. We’re about helping you figure out your own systems and ways of working with you ADHDness which play to your strengths and help you empower yourself, that’s why we’re called The ADHD Empowermentors.

Whether you’ve been aware of your ADHD for years, are newly diagnosed or just starting to explore the possibility that you are (Maybe) ADHD, we have a specialist coach who is ready to support you.
